Step One & Two: Create Connection and Download JSON

• Create ‘Android’ MDM connection in Contactzilla.
• Download the JSON configuration file (not .mobileconfig).

Step Three: Deploy via Microsoft Intune

1. Navigate to Apps → Configuration → Create → Managed devices.
2. Name the policy.
3. Select Platform: Android Enterprise.
4. Select Target app: Contactzilla Sync.

Step Four: Configure Settings

1. In the configuration settings, choose ‘Enter JSON data’ as the configuration format.
2. Paste the contents of the downloaded JSON file into the editor.

Step Five: Assign and Verify

1. Assign the policy to your target device group.
2. On the device: Open Company Portal and force a Sync.
3. Open the Contactzilla Sync app on the device to finalize provisioning if needed (usually it is automatic).

Contacts will appear in the native Contacts app (under the work profile).
